Thank you for trusting us with your beloved pets. Below are the terms and conditions of Visiting Vets. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
By completing our registration form, you give us permission to contact your previous vet for your pets history.
Emergency appointments take priority, so in some instances routine consultations may need to be re-arranged. We will do our best to fit everyone in as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to charge a full travel and consultation fee if we attend your premises and you or your pet are absent.
Unfortunately we are not always able to send vaccination reminders, please keep a personal record of when your pets are due vaccinations or repeat medication.
All consults, fees and diets are prescribed according to your individual pets needs. Costs can be given on request. All fees are due in full at the time of consultation unless otherwise discussed. Insurance claims are £15 per claim for admin involved.
Please give 3 working days notice for repeat medication and written prescriptions to be issued.
